“ This was our first time here. The food is well made. They have Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, and a few Filipino dishes. We opted for Filipino items to try. Everything was good. When we come back in 2 weeks we will be going there for the soup dumplings which look amazing. The restaurant is very nice and can accommodate lots of people. The people there are very friendly and accommodating. It was an amazing experience and we are going to be going again. The Monsoon Bistro and Bar is located in the Holyoke Mall 2nd floor near Macy's. You will definitely be glad you ate here! Check them out! ”

“ A friend and I had lunch here last week. In a mall. I had drunken noodles and Elliot had curry chicken and potatoes. Both were very good. The service was spot on...we are both restaurant veterans. The supervisor, Ann, came to speak to us after we ate to check on everything. She was most welcoming. Tonight I convinced three of my friends to join me at Monsoon Bistro. Ann remembered me from last week...always impressive. Sam was our server. We sit two appetizers. Chicken satay and soup dumplings. The chicken was very tasty. None of us had ever had soup dumplings before so Ann instructed us on the proper way to eat them. Thank goodness. They were exceptional. Everyone was very happy with their meals. I can’t remember the names of what they had so I will only comment on my Crispy Thai Chicken. They had plenty of veggies and a tasty sauce. Even covered in sauce they stayed crispy throughout. If you spend 50 you get a complimentary dish of sesame chicken. You would think yawn but these were definitely the best sesame chicken I have EVER had. The restaurant has white tablecloths. Unusual for an Asian restaurant, especially in a mall. Do not go here thinking about American Chinese food. In addition to real Chinese cuisine they have Thai and Malaysian dishes also. Authentic food. Highly recommended! ”

Stopped in to try this place today and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was checked on multiple times by multiple people. Everything was beyond delectable. Loved the atmosphere, and the smell in the entire place made my mouth water from the time I walked through the door. ”
“ AMAZING!!! A coworker showed me the place and the Manager was incredibly nice. She was so sweet and gave us free chicken skewers and dessert. Tried again with a friend and the manager wasn't there but the server was just as kind and was also very attentive and respectful. She was just being herself and not an AI on repeat. Had great conversations too! 3rd time was with my sister and the Manger treated my sister respectfully and even placed a linen on her lap for her. Food is incredible and atmosphere was great. Unfortunately they don't get much business and I believe it's due to its location. If your in the area most definitely try it. You won't be disappointed. Not to mention the prices are fair and not too expensive. Relatively affordable! ”
“ Just went there for dinner tonight and it was the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had. We got the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, Sesame Chicken, and the vegetable Lo-Mein. Also had a lychee martini. Everything was fantastic! The service was excellent. All the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great, very nice and clean throughout the restaurant. 10/10, highly recommended. Must try if you visit the Holyoke Mall! ”
